That video with the little girl warmed my heart too, Michelle. This cancer stinks, I really wish that wishes could come true and that you could snap your fingers and be where you were a year ago. BTW, my lady friends who have lost their hair due to chemo have felt more hopeful and healthy when they looked in the mirror and saw a cute, sassy wig rockin' their heads! All will understand if your mind changes and you decide to go for a purple Katy Perry wig j/k, or something like Cruella DeVille, even a short, red Peter Pan pixie cut - wait - I guess that would be Tinkerbell, but platinum blonde! Just trying to tickle your brain and make your imagination run wild to bring a sideways grin to you! (My aunt loves her wigs and looks beautiful.....she thinks of them as "skull candy!") I like your friend's idea of eating food the same way you take your medicine. Both are sending you calories, nutrients and a healthy body and mind set. I just watched this video this morning. SO AWESOME. Out of the mouth of babes. Ha! I need you on my couch today. Wish you were here. I'm trying to clean out my horrible places, and I just need you yelling from the couch to tell me to keep going, and not to give up. Because, obviously if I'm commenting and reading your blog, I've stopped working AGAIN. Ugh. Looking forward to a better day tomorrow. You're the very coolest.
